BUJO are the unauditioned big band of the University of Bristol. Formed in 2006 the band has gone from strength to strength, developing a wide ranging, challenging and fun repertoire. The band plays anything from classic jazz, swing, funk, along with the odd bit of cheeky pop.
The band has grown in experience and ability since 2006, playing many large University events, balls and functions. BUJO never fail to provide a lively, enthusiastic performance.
Most recently the band has achieved recognition at the National Concert Band Festival, achieving a Silver award in their debut performance.
